What is red maca?
Red maca is one of the three colors of the Peruvian maca root. It has a slightly sweeter, milder taste than black maca and is the color traditionally chosen by women in Peru for balance, mood and bone support. Incaliving Red Maca Powder is single-color, so every teaspoon is 100% red maca root.

How to use red maca powder
