Place your order by the following dates to ensure arrival on time ahead of the holidays:

Domestic US Shipping:
East Coast: Monday, 12/16 by 12pm PST
West Coast: 
Wednesday, 12/13 by 12pm PST

PROCESSING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We are currently unable to offer gift notes, but not include invoices in shipments, so gift recipients will not see your order’s price.

Please double check that your shipping information is correct before you complete the checkout process. If you need a hand, please email us at [email protected] with your order number followed by the subject line, and we’ll try our best to help. For example:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The shipping for each order is calculated based on your location, size of box needed to properly ship your order, and the weight of the products. 

You will typically receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the label is created for your order. The tracking status may take up to 48 hour to register once your label has been created.

Once an order is shipped, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time, but look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our shipping for international orders takes approx 2-3 weeks from the time you order.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your Incaliving product. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

If an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your receiving your for a refund or exchange. Include photos, store receipt, and a detailed description in your emails so that we know how to help.

In your email to us, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line. For example:

#12345 – Exchange Request
#12345 – Return Request

We want to do everything we can, within reason, to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

Note: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition items, gift cards, or items not produced by Incaliving are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
