How to take

I bought this at a health food store after I’m quite sure I tore a rotor cuff which I read almost always requires surgery. I suffered with tremendous pain for nearly a year, not able to dress/undress myself without help & no health insurance and no money to pay doctor bills before I was finally strongly recommended to take this and…WOW…it really did work. It did take a few weeks & a few capsules a couple times a day in order to start feeling better but I was surprised how well it actually worked. I did notice after doing it for a few months that pretty much within a week of not taking it the inflammation/pain came back but helped as soon as I started taking it again. That tells me it wasn’t imagined. Or, even if I felt better because of a placebo effect, who cares, as long as it works! Pretty miraculous stuff. It’s expensive but I’ve tried other brands to no avail and anyway it sure beats taking pain pills & going to doctors. Hope this review helps??????

This is probably the purest organic form of turmeric you can find. There are 60 servings which makes the price point also a benefit. Don’t let other fancy labels get to you. This has done amazing things all over my body in terms of inflammatory issues. I even sleep better. This is one of the very few supplements I trust.
