Gazpacho with Red Maca
Enjoy this delicous gapacho with maca. Serve with chips or enjoy on it's own.
- 1-3 Tbsp Incaliving's Red Maca
- 4 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 fresh cucumber, chopped
- 1 – 2 stalks celery
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or 1/2 c avocado
- basil or parsley to garnish
- Blend all ingredients on high until smooth.
- Chill and serve garnished with basil or parsley
