Sacha inchi oil comes from a star-shaped seed the Incas called the seed of life. It is cold pressed, tastes mild and nutty, and carries about 6,700 milligrams of omega-3 in a single tablespoon. Here are the three ways our customers use it most.
1. Straight from the spoon
One tablespoon in the morning, on its own or followed by a glass of water. The simplest habit there is.
2. In a salad dressing
Two tablespoons of sacha inchi oil, one tablespoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt. Shake and pour. It replaces olive oil in any vinaigrette.
3. Over finished dishes
Drizzle it over soup, roasted vegetables, rice or avocado toast after cooking. Sacha inchi oil is best raw, so add it at the table rather than in the pan.
Our oil is pressed and bottled in the Peruvian Amazon and flown to the United States. See Sacha Inchi Oil.
