Delicious guacamole with the benefits of maca!
- 2-3 Avocados We prefer Hass
- 5 cherry tomatoes diced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 tsp triple maca
- 1-2 lemons or limes, juiced
- 1 tsp celtic sea salt or himalayan crystal salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Mash the avocados with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients and enjoy immediately.
- We like to start with the tomatoes and avocados chilled.
