Pesto Sauce with SachaInchi Oil

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of Fresh Basil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
100gr. Nuts (walnuts, cashews of IncaNuts plain)
1/8 tsp. sea salt
Black pepper
1 tbs. Apple cider vinegar
5 tbs. SachaInchi oil (IncaLiving)

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients together into the desired consistency **

Perfect on top of whole wheat pasta or as a dipping sauce with vegetables**
